These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which WAOT LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes will be in the courts of that state.

Each party is an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and WAOT.
